Hotel Vienna is a member of the Strada dei Formaggio and adheres to the project to serve only products from the Trentino area and, for the most part, local produce.

The Cheeses are local products from Primiero, Fiemme and Fassa.
The butter is from our alpine pastures thanks to the commitment of the Slow Food Primiero Presidium.
The milk is from Trentino.
Small Fruit and Apples are local and from Trentino.
The wines and sparkling wines come Trentino's most important wineries.
The Grappa is certified by Tridente della TrentinO Grappa.
The Lettuce, the Flavourings and many Spices come from our Garden.
The Meats and Sausages are produced by the famous butcher Silvio Taufer of San Martino... tasting is believing.
