Important information for FORCE MAJEURE CAUSES:

Your deposit will never be lost (if canceled due to force majeure), if you cancel on or before the same date, Hotel Vienna will retain your deposit and you will be issued a voucher valid for 12 months for a new booking to use. in the same structure with possible tariff adjustment based on the chosen date.

CANCELLATION WITHOUT FORCE MAJEURE:
In case of cancellation or modifications:
Up to 7 days before arrival (By 11.59pm) No penalty!
Cancellations or modifications after 7 days before arrival we will apply the penalty of the entire amount.

In case of no-show: Full amount penalty.
